Privacy Agreement and Policy

TeklifAl respects the privacy rights of its users and attaches importance to the protection of personal and corporate data. This policy explains how the data collected through the platform are used and protected.

1. Protection of Trade Secrets

Price request lists uploaded by buyers and price quotations submitted by suppliers constitute trade secrets. These data are not shared with third parties and are transmitted only between the relevant buyer and supplier through encrypted channels.

2. Data Security

Your data are stored securely on our own servers (self-hosted) and are not transferred to third-party cloud service providers such as Supabase. Sign-in sessions are protected using JWT (JSON Web Token) and secure HttpOnly cookies.

3. Communication Permissions

Price invitation e-mails sent by the system qualify as "service-related messages" in accordance with applicable legislation. You may stop receiving them at any time by using the "opt-out" link in the e-mails.
